About Lawton Tree Removal
Who We Are
We're a working tree crew based in Lawton, serving the town we live in and the county around it. Our work runs from the mature oaks and cedar elms shading Fort Sill's post housing to the mesquite flats and cedar draws out by Cache and Fletcher, and up into the rocky lots of Medicine Park and the Wichita Mountains.
Tree work in southwest Oklahoma is its own specialty. Post oak behaves differently from the hardwoods back east; mesquite refuses to die politely; eastern redcedar turns idle pasture into a wildfire waiting for a dry June. Our job is to know these trees the way a local knows the roads — and to give straight answers about what yours needs, whether that's a $200 deadwood pass or a careful rigged takedown.
How We Work
- Free, in-person estimates. Tree work can't be priced honestly from a phone call or a photo alone — height, lean, access, and what's underneath decide the number. We look first, then quote in writing.
- Honest recommendations. If a tree can be saved with pruning or a cable instead of removal, we say so. If it can't, we show you why. No upsell either direction.
- Insured crews. Tree work is dangerous. We carry liability and workers' compensation coverage, and proof is available at every estimate.
- Cleanup is part of the job. We chip, haul, rake, and blow before we leave. The only evidence we were there should be the missing tree.
What We Believe
Storm season is when tree work matters most. The late-October 2020 ice storm showed this whole region what ice does to a canopy — and who gets called first afterward. We plan and prune with the next event in mind.
Drought honesty. Our summers bake the soil. Weakened trees drop limbs without warning. If your tree is drought-stressed, we'll tell you to water it and wait rather than cut it — and we'll tell you which ones are past saving.
Respect for the place. From post housing to a century-old cobblestone cabin in Medicine Park, the structures under our trees matter to the people who live in them. We work like it.
